Consecration

A practical summary of the Yogas to help shift our limited orientation.

Nobody can become more conscious because consciousness does not change, but we can become more aware of our limited orientation and the unwanted results it produces. How? By diving into devotion.

This devotion, however, needs a formal expression and a usable practice to truly take root. This is where consecration comes in.

Consecration is defined as officially making something holy / the act or process of formally making something holy. 

Consecration unwinds the Subtle Body’s grasping, fearful orientation. 

Consecration simply means thinking of the self (Jnana & Upasana Yoga), reminding yourself of your purpose here (Dharma Yoga), invoking an attitude of gratitude to go with every action (Bhakti Yoga) and then doing what is required without attachment to the results (Karma Yoga).
